To celebrate the start of a 10 year relationship Richard Mille unveiled in partnership with the McLaren F1 the world’s lightest split-seconds tourbillon chronograph, the RM 50-03 for short. Weighing just 38 grams, the RM 50-03 is the first wristwatch made in Graph TPT (better known as graphene, that is six times lighter than steel and 200 times as strong), as well high-tech materials such as TPT Carbon, titanium. Priced at a whopping $980,000 the RM 50-03 McLaren F1 will be produced in a numbered limited edition of 75 pieces and will be available only at Richard Mille boutiques.
